"I wouldn't recommend them. They did an oil change and tire rotation on my Raptor. The tech didn't finish tightening the oil drain plug. I found that out from all the oil that had drained onto my driveway. If they can be that careless on a vehicle from their Ford Performance line, it's hard for me to imagine that they care about the service provided to a "regular" vehicle. I unfortunately purchased their Cooper Care package, so I'm stuck with an additional oil change/rotation from a dealership that I can't trust more than a 5 minute oil change shop."

"Their website clearly says that you do not need an appointment to go through the quickly. I showed up today. I was told I do need appointment and that they don’t like those. He is aware other people who are trying to get a quick oil change. Sorry, Joe Cooper."
"I initially took my car for an oil change but they wanted the brakes replaced. The technicians took 5 hours to replace the rear brakes. In my opinion it shouldn't take 5 hours to replace only the rear brakes. Also when my vehicle was given back to me the brakes were in a lot worse shape than before. When I did a test run in a nearby parking lot I had to hit my brakes a lot harder than normal in order to stop. Turns out the technicians working on my vehicle didn't bleed out the brakes all the way. My brakes work well now but I'm disappointed that the service repair folks would bring my vehicle back in an dangerous situation with brakes that weren't working after spending several hours working on the brakes."
"I had an appointment at 1245, pulled into the maintenence bay at 1240, and my car was on it's way for maintenance by 1pm (since I was a new customer, my info had to be added into the system). I had my oil changed, tires rotated, regular maintenance, car washed and was on my way home by 2:15pm. The staff were helpful, courteous, and quick!!"
