"My car wouldn’t start at 7:15am this morning then it did. So I took it up to O’Reilly’s to have the battery checked. The battery had low voltage and Daniel helped me, checked it out and replaced my battery. Super customer service from this very kind young man. It was rather cold this morning and I felt bad that he was having to do this in the cold weather. This is why we always go to the store. Thank you for helping out this morning, I really appreciate it."
