"Truck appears to have been shorted oil on my last routine maintenance. Was told it would be fine to take to the Edmond location to get more oil put in, however, Edmond wanted me to schedule another full oil change. Tried calling back to get it taken care of in Yukon, left 2 messages, and never received a call back. Will not be returning to either location"
"New customer. Went in for a warranty oil change. From out of state. Dropped off and used the shuttle service for drop off and pick up. Service attendant was amazing . Lauren was her name I think. The shuttle driver equally amazing. I will be back and plan on purchasing here in the near future! They were very busy and efficient. Less than 2 hrs which is kind of great. I would reccomend them to anyone especially new customers like me from Oregon."
"Brand new truck showed a message indicating the need for oil at only 3K miles. Took it here and the so called experts reassured me that it was only a glitch and that I didn't need to worry. Then took the truck to a oil change shop and they confirmed that the truck was actually running dry."
