AMC Southroads 20

"Gone down hill since COVID. My daughter and I could have.walked and seen our movie for free. We spent like ten minutes fighting with the ticket kiosk. Touch screen barely worked, no directions and of the two on the side of the.theater we went in one was broken. There were no attendents or ushers and only one concessions person. Someone showed up to sternly insist that all the patrons waiting on the concessions stand wait behind some sign. He disappeared after we all complied. Made no effort to help the one concessions person at all. Like it was beneath him to hand out popcorn, candy and take our money. Didn't even seem to care if we were going to miss the beginning of the movie. Wanted a soft pretzel which was promimently displayed on the menu with a picture only to be told they don't serve that, just pretzel bites. Two soda machine was out of ice and root beer. The volume was too loud in the theater. The lights weren't dimmed until after the movie started. And it was a bit hot. If I go again it will be for a very special movie. I will be bringing my own drink and popcorn."

"One of the theaters I visited today (I saw two different movies) had super uncomfortable chairs. The back of the chair sits almost completely vertically and was a bit painful for my back and hips. You'd think that for the prices they charge for tickets and snacks, they'd be able to upgrade the seats in every theater with all that profit..."

"I've been going to AMC 20 over 23 years. The quality of theater seating, while comfortable, needs reulpostery. Customer service is average. AMC 20 fails to keep out the riff raft and loitering teens. (They've been doing a better job removing non ticket holders from the premises). As of late, the air conditioning is unable to keep up with the heat as I've been to a few movies, and I can't cool down. It's usually cold. Finally, Dolby theater is the best. In my opinion, it's the best theater in Tulsa. Update: While new changes have been added and the place more enjoyable, they still have a problem with keeping the bathrooms clean."

"Im sure this used to be a decent theater, it is not in desperate need of an upgrade. The lights in the theater are not lit properly before or after the film. The chair arm rests are often broken as well. Seemed like there was a lot of activity going on. Noticed the presence of multiple police officers in the lobby as well."

"Terrible. We were in the premiere line while the cashiers in the concession kept calling all the people in the regular line. I actually went and complained with the girls checking the tickets, they didn't help. I even asked them for the manager and they just ignored my request. Horrible costumer service... Why to pay for rhe A-list if you are going to be treated like the rest of the people that does not pay for it?"
