I don't know who the genius is that came up with such a brilliant idea of having the self-checkout boxes closed but it is a real pain in the as*. I had to spend 15 minutes waiting to get other people to pay for their products regardless of whether you are going to pay for one or two items, nothing more. I hope it doesn't become a habit to keep self-checkouts closed."
"I loved using the curbside pickup. I have used a lot of other curbside pickup processes at other places, but I was really impressed with how efficiently Target provided service. You can send them an "on my way" notice via the app. I really think that contributed to how quickly my item was brought out. This will definitely make me consider Target more frequently in my online shopping."
"I arrived 9 minutes before closing (yes hurrying after getting off work). First, the west doors were completely locked with no sign starting they would be locked early. Second, hurried to the East doors to be told in a rude tone of voice “do you know we close in 6 minutes?” It could have been easily stated in a polite tone “we close in 6 minutes” After all a store is open until it’s closed. Third, when I approached the guest service desk to get an order pickup, the girl rolled her eyes at me and told me “he would get it”. Then the guy explains I no longer need to go to the desk to get my pickup and instead go to a designated place. He was kind in explaining. Fourth, the small table with signs on it as the designated spot was not easily noticeable simply because it is close to self check and customers were standing in the way of seeing it, I guess customer service is not highly practiced at this store."
