"I like shopping for cheap things but Dollar Tree is always sketchy and only good if you just need a quick shopping. It always smells like cigarettes which isn’t very great so it’s just best not to shop for too long here."
"I usually like going to this Dollar Tree location but today was a different experience. The older lady at the register only said one word to me during my whole transaction and that was my total “ $13.29 ”. No, “Hello did you find everything alright?” Or “good afternoon”just “..$13.29” .. but she was chatting up a storm with the lady before me.. I still said “thank you” (with no reply from her) and left.."
"The manager addressed her employee unprofessionally in front of everyone. Told him he couldn't take anymore breaks and that she was the one to tell him where he worked. He was very polite to her , but she was rude. Managers should not address their employees in front of others. She should have pulled him to the side and let him know how she felt about the situation. 12/10/3023. At 3pm."
"The dollar tree is good place for people who can afford on their low class level! Plus good store for quick grab one thing when in hurry time! Last minute shopping! Have alot of school stuff decorated for teacher to use for their classroom plus have good school supply for kids, too! If you all need clothes, sorry Dollar Tree not have clothes, need go other store!"
"Customer service is not present in the employees at this location for a little context the store is covered in boxes and so unorganized you can't find anything and if you ask for help you're brushed off without a second thought I came in today looking for a specific Christmas item couldn't find it anywhere in the mess and when I asked for help the man got upset with me because he was stocking shelves didn't even look in my direction and said all the Christmas stuff was at the front of the store and when I asked him to show me where the specific item would be he repeated himself and said he doesn't have time to show me so me and my husband left I called the Harvard location and within seconds Erica not only told me she had the item she put it to the side so I could immediately come get as soon as I hung up I've never had any problems like this with the Harvard location they have always gone above and beyond not only for me but for all their customers why isn't this location held to the same standards"
