"Today I went int to Walmart to get a money order. I needed money order/money orders in the amount of 1459.00. The lady explained to me it would be two. One for $1,000. And one for $459.00. She charged me $1461.00 it’s a dollar fee for each money order. She prints the $1,000 one and tells me she’s going to have to give me cash in the amount of $459.00 because their machine is jammed. She said she needed the manager to come over. After waiting a couple minutes I explained to her the reason I needed the money orders is because I was moving into an apartment and they close in 40 minutes. The manager then shows up, her nais joy but she was rude from the beginning. She said she could not give me the cash because her drawer would be short. I showed her where it came out of my bank and on the receipt it shows paid 1,461.00. She literally said not my problem. I was taken aback by her nasty attitude and her response. She said the money would be back in my account anywhere from 10 to 30 mins. It has been 5 hours the money is not back into my account. I have never felt so mistreated by someone in the service industry. How is it okay to take almost $500 dollars from your customers with no truthful explanation. I video taped a lot of the situation. I am coming here in hope that you do right by me. If not I will be contacting a lawyer. I am willing to provide you with all of my videos and pictures of the receipt. This happened around 2:30 pm at the money services area. Thank You"

"My wife was at this store on South Deleware in Tulsa. She takes cancer treatments. There were no cashiers at around 2:45 PM and my wife was looking for one. She saw an employee and asked if there were any cashiers, the employee pointed said in her hateful shrew voice "this is what we have " and pointed to the self check out, She then ran off and hid. My wife was having problem with the self checkout and had to hunt down an employee. That employee found the original shrew who was hiding near the self check out. She presided to treat my wife like she was a thief because I guess she wasn't able to stay in a secret place to get paid to do nothing. Almost every Walmart neighborhood market my wife is treated nice and normal. My wife came home in tears and we are reccomending to everyone to stay away from that walmart market."

"Typical neighborhood Walmart, fairly small with a very limited produce section. I wouldn’t come back here to get fresh fruit and vegetables unless I had no other choice. The store is pretty grimy with unpleasant smells in the refrigerated section- almost like there’s sour milk or dairy that needs to be cleaned up."
