"The night manager at this location is a very rude lady. She was shouting at customers as I approached the door and rudely announced when the store closed as I entered. She disrepected her subordinate, poor Jessica, rudely and inhumanely and is always rude to the customers unless they are her friends. She has been repeatedly rude in general. This visit left a lot to be Desireed!!"
"Changing down to one star. This store is getting ridiculous. Always have problems with prices being wrong, a sale not applied right, won't accept manufacturer coupons, long lines, nobody at register half the time, empty shelves everywhere, the registers always have to be rebooted from freezing or cards won't read/register."
"A great place to shop if you're getting a few missing items. Gift bags, cards, kids toys, diapers, milk, soup, bread, drinks, chips, ice cream etc. The store is usually clean and stocked fairly well. My only complaint is they normally only have one cashier. Which wouldn't be a big deal but when the line is 5-7 people deep it's annoying."
"I really liked this store when it opened. Nice and clean/organized. No problem w/staff. Always nice associates here in Berryhill. That's not my reasoning for the review. CHECK UR EXPIRATION DATES PEOPLE! I think they need to learn what FIFO is b/c the first 2 times, I said nothing, but this!? C'mon! This was up front near the register. I've had Twizzlers/out dated/hard as a rock. I've had granola bars/out dated. This is by far the oldest I've seen. I understand it's just a candy bar, but I knew right away, it tasted old as hell! FIFO people! FIFO! Yes, it may take a bit more time, but it has to be done before you get fined for it. Get it together DG! That's the one thing you don't skimp on. Smh. (Bought 2/27/19, was dated 6/2018!!!)"
"I have to give this location credit. Most DG's that I visit are crowded with merchandise, chaotic, and generally unpleasant. But this location has their store clean, neat, tidy, & clearly organized. The crew, helpful, friendly, in the know about their job around them. Thank you for setting an example, the rest of the stores should look to them for leadership."
