"This place is a complete joke! I am beyond frustrated and will never recommend this place to anyone.. I went into this location last week on Wednesday and picked out furniture was told it would be delivered on Saturday between 1 and 3! I rushed off work and waited and when I called to see if the furniture was still coming I got told I wasn't even in the system and not on their schedule. I then spoke with John who informed me that he was having trouble verifying my address from the landlord because she would not give information over the phone the store needed to email her a request. Long story short speaking with John he informed me that the general Manager was coming in that day and he was going to get it pushed thru and that the furniture would be delivered on MONDAY (today) between 1 and 3... I have been waiting and waiting and once it hit 2:40 I called the store to make sure it was still coming, Once again I spoke with the same gentleman and he informed again that he couldn't get the landlord to verify my information.. I understand the situation but I'm irritated with the lack of communication from these people! This is the 2nd time I've waited for furniture and had to call to ask where it was I was not communicated with about anything and just left waiting for nothing! I will take my business else where because the furniture was stained anyways and there was nothing else in the store that was clean or looked safe to bring in my home. Aarons has better quality furniture with no stains or smells for just a tad bit more money and they communicate with you every step of the way."

"The manager Joey sent someone to my house and threatened to call DHS on my 15 Year old for not letting him in. He was yelling and cussing at the associate in front of mg daughter. Horrible customer experience. Edited to add you can’t find my customer agreement because they have not updated my last name in your system even though I sent a copy of my marriage license."

"This store has great employees very nice.The DM joey is very rude he was so rude to me i gave them back there items so that I would not have to deal with him.for joey to be a DM he really needs to learn how to talk to people.i have been doing business with them for a long time and i have never had a problem until i went to the store and had to deal with joey.. great place just don't deal with joey if possible."
