Lots of offordable prices, I always notice the workers cleanings so I can say it's always kept spotless, great deli, cashiers are always super friendly, the door greeters are super nice, I find it very convenient that they have people that help load groceries for the elders and or persons with disabilities. Always look forward to the seasonal cotton candy grapes that they offer, and I always have such a great experience with the cashier/manager Dee Dee!"

"I called earlier asking for a specific item and they said they had it in stock. I was elated because I had been looking for it for a while and it's hard to find. I asked how many did they have and the person told me they had a lot. I then asked her if she could 5 away for me and that I would pick them up as soon as I left my place of business. She said the person in the meat dept was on break but she would go back and put what I asked for up for me. She stated it shouldn't be a problem. Mind you, I've had this VERY SAME STORE hold items for me before. So after I leave work, I drive across town to hurry and get the items she had put up for me. I rush inside, grab a basket, and go straight to the meat department. Of course they're closed. So I go up to the front since there isnt anyone on the aisles to help me. I see a young lady with a tag on and I say EXCUSE ME, BUT CAN YOU HELP ME PLEASE? She continues to walk and even doesn't acknowledge me. She goes to the front of the store and stands there. I wave her down and ask for her help. I tell her I called earlier and asked for a specific item to be held for me and she tells me OH, THE MEAT DEPARTMENT MGR SAID NO AND EVEN THOUGH I AM THE STORE MANAGER, I CANT OVERRIDE WHAT HE SAYS. I say, SO YOU MEAN, I DROVE ACROSS TOWN FOR NOTHING? I..... and before I could finish my thought, she turns and walks off! I drove all the way here, so I just grabbed a few things so it wouldn't have been a wasted trip. I go to the register and that same young lady stares at me with a look of disdain from the time I get to the front of the store until I leave. It made me even more upset than I was when she rudely walked off when I was talking to her. I will be calling tomorrow to talk with a manager to file a complaint because that's not how you treat customers at all"
