"Booked one night. My bathroom was COVERED in pubes. I work in house keeping so I know it wasn’t cleaned prior to me getting there. There was pee around the toilet, a terrible sewer smell coming from the toilet. I was grossed out and I’ll never stay there again."

"This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any hotel company. During check in the receptionist answered a phone call and remained on that phone call for roughly 15 minutes before completing our check in process and giving us our keys. The room was covered in ants. The hotel staff allowed a group of children to run down the hallways until 11pm. Woke up to ice cold water. When notifying the hotel staff she stuffed he shoulder and said, “I’m sorry, they had people here last night and couldn’t figure it out.” Coffee wasn’t bad though."
"Staff immediately greeted us with a warm hello and smile. The room was clean and spacious with ample towels, comfortable beds and the usual amenities. UPDATE NOV 23: this is our second stay, one year later. Staff remembered us from our previous stay. Again, very gracious checking various families in. The room was very clean and comfortable. What stands out about this hotel is the people who work here. The gentleman who prepared breakfast...warm, genuine, greeted everyone with a smile and a good morning. Front desk day and evening shift, professional and caring. Will be back again!"
"We really enjoyed our weekday vacation here. The pool is just the right size for a couple families. There was no one else ever in the pool when we went down. They could use some noise cancelling boards on the walls though. Breakfast was nice & they still have a waffle maker with 1 dedicated to their gluten free waffle batter. That's amazing. Clean & quiet, we really enjoyed our stay here."
