"Pay attention to kids Don’t clean up during class, do it after. Don’t talk to other teachers, pay attention and talk to the kids. Have some enthusiasm (some do but not all) Don’t take attendance for 6 minutes. Do this when kids come in. Hire more staff to ensure kids are not sitting. If each group had two teachers it would be so much better. Get an adult to watch the teachers"
