"Went to schedule a first time appointment and the front desk woman (Lisa) let me know that it’s a $50 fee. I asked follow up questions about it and then mentioned that I’d have to think about that and she hung up. I called back and asked if she hung up and she said yes you said you’ll think about it… she knew good and well that wasn’t the end of our conversation and could have simply said if you need more time give us a call back or do you have any more questions. She was very rude even when I called back."

"1. Visit was very rushed. It is my opinion that Dr. Roz is more concerned about the MEDSPA aspect of the business than the concerns of my gynecological care. 2. I was very annoyed when the check-out kept asking me where I worked and not doing her job of checking me out. I felt like going behind the counter and check my own self out. This went on for a couple of minutes. In the middle of so-called checking me out she tells the check-in person she has to get to an appointment. I'm like WHATT!? So I asked the check-out person to make sure what I needed to be done, was done. May have to find another physician who is concerned about my quality of my health rather than cosmetic treatments and listen, and be sure the check-out staff does their job."

"I've been a patient of Dr. Roz since 2013 and let's just say she has never steered me in the wrong direction. I see her for many different things, but recently I received liposuction and bodytite. I was awake thee entire time and let's just say procedure was a breeze. I love my results! I'm going back for the Bodytite procedure soon requested by her and a few other procedures to refresh my look. As a functional doctor she's a lifesaver as well. I had to share this also!
