"This is the best Labcorp I’ve been to. First off my order form for my BW was a little confusing and instead of getting mad because they were busy, the woman working the desk was so nice about it. The woman who drew my blood was perhaps the sweetest person I’ve ever encountered in the medical field. I have epilepsy and severe anxiety about getting my blood drawn and so was so sweet, patient and comforting. She also made sure I was okay and ready to leave and didn’t make me feel rushed at all which helped a lot. I wish I would’ve asked for her name to leave her a review personally but I wasn’t thinking in the moment. 10/10 recommend."

"Went in today,1-4-2024. the receptionist was really rude!! Said she didn't have an order from my doctor and then when she pulled lab orders out of the drawer she skimmed through them and still said she didn't have an order for me , but the thing was she didn't really take the time yo actually go through them, like I said she poorly skimmed through them instead of taking the time to really look at them all. I felt she was a extremely rude and non professional person, not even a good morning from her or a smile."

"I had to go for pre-employment drug testing and for some reason, I had a shy bladder. The wonderful staff let me know that I had to stay and drink water and try a second attempt. After an hour and half and 8 cups of water, success! Not once did these wonderful ladies make me feel bad or a burden. I want to thank them all very much. If I could rate higher than five stars, I would."

"I’ve never dealt with anyone like the nurse or whoever was helping me in this location . I think her name was Teesha, not sure if she told the right name since I asked after I finished my test so she probably knew I was raising a complaint. I don’t know what was her problem but she turned the conversation into a heated argument in seconds! She couldn’t find my record on the system so after 5 mins of seeing her trying , I tried to help and give her more details that I came the week before and maybe she can find me writing my last name differently and also offered calling the number my employer gave me to confirm she reserved the right appointment. I only spoke for seconds and she started screaming and saying things I didn’t even understand why she was saying it. And then she said just follow instructions on the machine and there was no instructions so basically she wanted me to guess so she can continue yelling when I do something wrong! When she found my name I said yay and she said oh don’t get too excited! I don’t talk to my 5 year old kid the way she was talking to me! And the week before I was supposed to do fingerprints and screening test but they said I have screening only even tho the application said fingerprints too but I think they only have one person who does fingerprints and she’s not always there. Not to mention the nurse who tried to help with screening ! She was so unfriendly and really made the visit so stressful and left the lab stressed out for no reason!"

"I had already scheduled bloodwork at the Byers Rd location but a different doctor added on other tests which I was going to add on to my current appointment. When I got there, I tried to wait at the front desk to add the other tests but I was told to sign in at the kiosk. I signed in at the kiosk then went back to the reception desk to add the other tests. I waited at the reception desk where the receptionist would not even acknowledge me for 10 minutes, even though I was standing right in front of her. When she finally spoke, she was not friendly, took my doctor's request and didn't say anything else so I just sat down. They only took one tube of blood which I thought was odd for complete bloodwork. I asked and she said, yep, that's it. So, they only took blood for the new orders and not the old. Now I have to make another appointment because they never did the bloodwork I originally made the appointment for. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. I will not go there again."
