"I was traveling from out of town and got COVID. I was able to see the doctor within 5 minutes of my arrival at the Kettering Health ER in Middletown. The team went to work quickly to diagnose my problems and get me hooked up with IV fluids and medicines. They clearly explained everything they were doing and were very professional. I was admitted to Kettering Health Sycamore hospital in Miamisburg where the staff oversaw my care until I was discharged the next day. I can’t thank everyone who helped me enough. Everyone was so helpful and they clearly explained what they were doing. Great job."
"This was my 1st stay at sycamore and it was a great one. The Dr's was very attentive and the nursing staff always tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Matt, the nurse in particular, went above and beyond to care for me. He made me smile and laugh and by far the best nurse I've had the pleasure to be around. Very good hospital and would recommend for anyone for good quality care."
"If you have an emergency I highly recommend this facility. Excellent staff, facilities, and overall a fantastic experience for the reason being there. The nursing teams are polite, enthusiastic, engaging, and make your stay as fun as they can. The doctors are obviously intelligent, but, treat you with dignity and respect. Throughout my stay I felt heard, informed, respected, supported and not alone. The best nursing teams I have experienced and the doctors are hands down the most caring I’ve ever had work on me. Strongly recommend."
"It was a smooth experience. Drs were awesome as well as the nurses. One nurse in particular Nurse Jessie on 2000. She is so nurturing and caring she made feel safe in her care. I am a preschool teacher and I am very protective of the kids in my care. That's how she made me feel. Cuddles to her."
"This has been a great experience great team work. When my husband was first brought in he was so hot and Beth went out of her way to get a fan, you can tell she really enjoys taking care of her patients. And when he came off the feeding tub there was a mix up on dinner and Richard went out of his way to get some food. And what can I say about Christian always had a smile would always come in and say bye when time for him to leave. Great team work all around. When time to leave Everette made sure he was ready to go"
