"I stopped into this Marietta location this evening with my family and ended up buying a neat Super Mario glassware set. There was a gentleman working there named Benjamin who rang me up. This same guy is often working when my wife brings my sons into the store to browse with their allowance, and my wife says that he is always friendly and goes out of his way to be helpful, even looking up answers on his own phone when my kids have questions about games. Just an all around nice guy. Thank you, Benjamin, for being so kind and helpful to my kids."
"Went to trade in a couple used items and to purchase a new Xbox One Wired Controller but walked out with what I walked in with and an "eh" feeling about this store. It was fine that my 8year old more than 'gently' used his items; I understand that and understand that you can't resell damaged items. What I don't understand is why the cashier wasn't real nice about it nor was she overly nice when I asked for a controller. Maybe it was a bad day or she has a very direct and impersonal approach on a regular basis, but customer service is where its at & this store lacked at it. I'm a member here but probably won't return."

"Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They seem like they enjoy their job and it reflects when they're speaking/helping you. You show up enough and they'll even remember what kind of genre of game you enjoy and make recommendations from that. Very good selection of games and even collectables, and the midnight launches are some of the most interesting things you can do if you're a gamer in the small town of Marietta."
