McDonald's

"Spent $30 and all my items I received were wrong. Had two of their chicken sandwich meals and both had mayonnaise and when checking the ingredients list and prior to any time I’ve ever ordered before they DO NOT come with mayo!! I didn’t even receive a triple cheeseburger I ordered. I ordered through the app and spoke to customer service who said this locations manager would be reaching out and after several days that still has not happened. I didn’t realize the order was wrong until I was all the way home and it was too far to go back. I was unable to eat anything they gave me because everything was wrong. I expect a refund from them and they don’t want to give it … bad enough we have to check bags and count items to make sure they’re all there let alone have to open each sandwich individually to make sure the condiments are correct too especially whenever they aren’t even supposed to be there to begin with. I will not be eating here nor supporting this location EVER again."

"Walked inside recently to place an order because the drive-thru was a madhouse and noticed that after the new dinning area renovations they got rid of the fountain drink machine. Yeah, they now charge for refills. I've wondered why the dinning area was always so sparse after the renovations and that probably exactly why! Pure greed!"

"This McDonald's is probably the worst McDonald's I've been to since 2 years ago. They always forget my items aka happy meal toys, whole burgers on my orders, and nuggets that I order, they have short me chicken nuggets everytime, and they always seem to have just warm fries. There drive thru staff seems really nice and polite but they can't count nuggets, get orders right or they just don't care enough to give the customer what they paid for which is theft. This McDonald's has just gone down hill and im tired of spending my money and having it basically stolen from me from all the forgotten and miscounted items. And any consumer that sees this should highly reconsider going to this store until it changes drastically."

"What happened to the McDonald’s in Marietta at least Glendale and Pike. The service is 50% horrible. I go there at least six times a week and thought it may change. After waiting at the Glendale location many times the worst being 25 minutes before I walked and got a refund and left. Also Glendale receive a mc chicken with no chicken then I went in to be ignored not even acknowledge. The manage was rude and many staff seen me and another young guest waiting for at least 10 minutes, and the Pike street the outside lane the person makes you wait as you watch the other side go two or three cars and when ask why they don’t know she must have been away from her post but all the time. I work in the industry and I get being short staffed but if the managers in charge would show kindness people do understand."

"Waiting 15 minutes for breakfast meal. While the employees focus on getting everybody out of the drive-thru. Is unacceptable and unfortunately my cranky butt didn't want to wait any longer and ask for a refund off the meal. The manager gracefully gave me my refund and allowed me to be on my way."
