"Staff grouped up conversating. Store prices higher than any other local stores. Store itself could use a good cleaning and an update. Produce section seems to be unorganized and laid out in an odd spread out manner."
"I called about a week ahead of time and placed a rather substantial order with the deli of chicken, sliders, veggie trays, pretzel bites, etc. for an event for about 80 people I needed catered with small bites. Everything was heated and ready to go, and tasted great. I got several compliments from people who couldn't believe Giant Eagle had provided the food. They didn't realize such high quality food could be prepared and sold in the quantity we had ordered. I am sure I also saved a fortune by getting food this way rather than trying to use a local restaurant or company. I will definitely use them again for other events I need to provide for for."

The parking lot is laid out nicely with easy access to the front entrance. Their produce department is great as well, fresh and clean. This store puts the local Kroger to shame."
