"Food was great, had a wonderful time with family being there. I don't understand why when a customer says "thank you" to a worker; they never get a you're welcome. I didn't get it at all. I am being nice and polite to a person that has a stressful job and I appreciating them for their job well done,a response of any sort would have been great. I have worked in the industry and I was grateful when someone was nice enough to appreciate my work."

"Chicken and gravy were perfect, and the Blizzard could not have been better. There was a lot of health, and it was all the way through down to the bottom of the cup. The wait in the drive threw was a little long but worth it."

"Waited in the drive through lane for over 10 minutes to get 2 chili dogs, 2 fries, and 2 sundaes. I had to repeat my order at the speaker two or three times for the person to get it right. We got to the pickup window, she handed me my sundaes and shut the window. When she saw that I was not leaving, she opened the window and asked "was there something else? "I said " yes, my 2 chili dogs and 2 fries." She shut the window without a word. We sat there for 7 more minutes while they fixed our food. She brought it to the window, handed it to me with no apology. Just, " Thanks. Have a nice day". My sundaes were nearly melted to soup by the time we got home 5 minutes later. I will never order food through the drive through lane again and may never go back to that location. They definitely need some customer service training at that store."

"Came through the drive through around 3:30 on 8/21/22. Ordered two medium blizzards. Got one correct one, but one was incorrect. Sent it back and explained it is not the one we ordered. Employee looked mad and confused. We waited a few minuets to get the correct blizzard.. It was not until we got home that we realized that the blizzard we got was in-fact not a medium, but a small with an even smaller cup inside that had the blizzard in it.. Its nice to be ripped off when you politely say your order was incorrect. Wont be back for a while unfortunately."
