"There was no breakfast I had to walk to the local Dennys. The rooms were pretty clean, plus there was a Dennys nearby, so overall, it's fine if you need to stay for a little. Btw it was 75$ for a 4 people room pretty good ngl."

"DO NOT STAY HERE. 1. $50 deposit is CASH, which they don't tell you when you reserve the room. (And I made the reservation direct with someone at this hotel) 2. They don't have change so they keep whatever you have and notate it on the slip (and I will get it back) 3. There is no elevator for the upper level which is the only place they have adjoining rooms. 4. The non-smoking rooms reeked of cigarette smoke. Just pay extra and stay somewhere else."

"I should’ve read these reviews!! Husband has traveled for his company for 44 years and has been in all but 2 states. He has never, in all those years, ever had to give a $50 CASH deposit!! Then the clown running the place has to go to the room to inspect it! Well apparently he didn’t inspect it before the room was rented to us! Curtain was falling down so we fixed it! Bathroom door wouldn’t latch because it’s broken and stains on the carpet! No free HOT breakfast but did give my husband a bag with a muffin and granola bar. He had to ask for a second one for me! Pool area closed, vending machine still out of order from other peoples reviews from months ago! Only 2 towels for 2 people and they were dingy. No bath mat for the floor to step on when you get out of shower. And to top it all off, the only thing I got out of this stay was broken toes from slipping when getting into the jacuzzi tub we had upgraded for!!! We will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!"

"The pictures on their site are extremely deceiving. The first thing I did was ask them if the rooms were nice and had high-speed internet because I needed it for zoom meetings as I was in that area for business. The guy said the internet was extremely fast and proceeded to tell me how nice the rooms were. I made a reservation for two nights giving the gentleman on the phone my credit card information. I didn't get done with meetings until almost 10:00 p.m. that night which is when I went to go check in. After I got there and realized what a total trash heap the hotel was I was informed not only did they need my credit card information to charge the room for two nights for $160 Plus dollars(it's says 52$ per night on their site) but also a $50 cash deposit which I'm guessing they're going to try to keep somehow as I haven't checked out yet. The guy at the front desk told me when I asked him why I wasn't told about the $50 cash deposit that I could just leave if I didn't want to pay it. The room is absolutely trash and I was warned I could not smoke or vape in the room even though it clearly smells like people have smoked and they tried to cover it up. They said no pets even though I could hear dogs barking in other rooms. The so-called high-speed internet couldn't even load my zoom meeting. The Internet speed was between 750kbs and 1.5 mgbs per second. I only wish there was a minus star rating I could give. Seems more like a hotel you would pay by the hour for doing God knows what. Long story short just like everything else its not american-owned and they are charging top dollar for bottom shelf service. I hope I save somebody else from making this mistake."

"Staff was very rude disrespectful and unprofessional. The hotel is dirty smelly with very low ceilings . Complete low quality. Upon my check in attempt where I prepaid in FULL for my reservation before getting all the needed details he dismissed me and told me to pay again. I called my booking agency and my bank to give him payment confirmations and etc he didn’t even bother to write it down search it on the computer NOTHING. He was so committed to misunderstanding me and being difficult that while I’m in the phone to sort out any possible issue with my reservation he rudely tells me and my children to go to the lobby ( we were in the lobby) He simply didn’t want to acknowledge my payment just so he can double charge me. Before I left I told him to cancel it. We’ll, he didn’t. He charged me as if I actually stayed there. When I called abt it I was hung up on. Omg. So much headache to get my money back because now they’re LYING saying that I never showed up or never cancelled . Save yourself time effort and energy and do not book here!!"
