"If I could give a negative star I would. Since we had snow fall on Jan 23rd, 2022 our sidewalks and parking spots have not been touched. They do a piss poor job of maintaining the area. The poll area has so much bacteria in it that it stinks and causes bugs. I've lived here since 2012 without any incident. Ever since the new owners have taken over this place has become a joke!! The main door to our building does not close all the way and let's the cold air in. They never answer the phone when you need something repaired. During the winter months the driveway and sidewalks are never done. I've also noticed that the 5 stars they receive are from employees and not the tenants. Very rude management from the start. - ***** (-5 stars)"

"I worked there for 52 days ! It is the worst place I have ever worked ! The so-called MANAGEMENT are RACIST and dont let maint. Do work on their apts unless their rent is paid ? They tell all of their tenants business ( major HIPPA VIOLATION ) . THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN ! I have done maintenace for 45 years and NEVER MET DUMBER WOMEN in my life ! All of them are best friends from regional to secretary ? They lis like a carpet and cover for each other on everything ??? NOTHING gets fixed properly ! THEY USE THEIR MAINTENACE LIKE TRASH and all they do is MICROMANAGE THEM not knowing one thing about EMERGENCY, URGENT or ROUTIEN ! They know nothing about CURB APPEAL and tell their workers to only pick up big trash , for looks ! DENIZEN NEEDS RUN OUT OF BUSINESS !Tenants need ATTOURNEYS to with hold their rent in ESSCROW ! Their POOL is in violation of the health dept. ! PEASE SHUT THEM DOWN BEFORE SOMEONE GETS HURT !"

"DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY, The most unprofessional company that me and my husband had to deal with, in couple months my rent gradually increased, now they want to sign a lease If We don't want to do that our month to month rent will be very high, almost everyday unprofessional letter are at my door with stupid reason to ask for more money This is CRAZY. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET"
