"I’m writing in complaint to the Timber Ridge complex. I was contact this morning by the new property manager in regards to deliquent payment that I responded to and he however did not reply back. He stated that my rent was due and in the FUTURE there would be a 50$ late fee assist. However my rent is 34 dollars shy of being paid and there is a current late fee assets this month. I’ve reached out to WKBN and Steve Lewis cell and office number as well as the attn general office and the BBB. We are currently going through tough times Incase you were not aware peoples jobs and hours have been reduced to nothing. I am also aware that you have your own obligations as owners I to own a home that I rent out in New Orleans. However assessing a late fee in this current time is not how you build relationships and as a accounts manager for over 1500 customers if I tried that it would Sever relationships with not only my customers but future customers. Think about long term where do you want to be on the end of this. If someone could reach back out to me that would be wonderful. His professionalism and attitude during this current trying time is not a person of leadership and it is not just myself but other tenets who have been here for equally if not longer then I have who are on the same accord."
