"Front staff is AWFUL. Hounded me about paying a bill I never received through mail, in front of several other patients, completely embarrassing me. Never sent over my prescription, it’s been two months now, and I’m currently struggling from withdrawals from my antidepressants because I’m completely out. They won’t answer the phone or return my calls. I will never go to this office again."

"I've been a patient for almost 10 years. Dr. Joyce is amazing but the front staff is absolutely uncaring. The receptionist lies about sending out paperwork. I think she forgets mail is time stamped. It's illegal for the post office to sit on mail for 4 days before sending unless otherwise authorized. I will be complaining to the Dr. Tl;dr: Dr. Joyce is great. Receptionist is not."

"I have been seeing Dr Joyce for years now, but I will never go there again after the way I was treated today. I was seen by a resident intern yesterday who said he would write me a prescription, but the prescription was not called in which happens a lot with this office. After many failed attempts to call the office, I finally got through and the receptionist told me that Dr Joyce had reviewed what the intern wrote and said I wasn't sick enough and therefore would not call in the prescription. I was forced to go to an Urgent Care center for the same illness because I did not feel that Dr Joyce's office gave me proper medical care. The Urgent Care center was much better and I have medication now to help me get better. I do not feel that Dr Joyce's office was professional at all and they were of no help to me, but I will still have to pay for both appointments."

"Doctor Joyce and Devon, and most of the NP's are great. They take the time to listen to you when you are seen. The problem is when you call first thing in the morning for an appointment and leave a message you never get a return call. You end up having to call several times and once you get someone on the phone that lady is completely rude and unprofessional. They have lost my blood work, have sent me for incorrect testing, have not called in prescriptions more than several times. Do not follow up with you when they should have. They have billed my insurance incorrectly and do not correct the problem when you address it. One issue after another at this office. They need someone who can manage, so Doctor Joyce can do her job. I had to find a different doctor due to the office issues."
