"Made appointment for a dot physical showed up 30 minutes early and when it was time for my appointment she came out and told me they couldnt do my physical because she is behind while she is taking walk ins that came in after me and I had an appointment and showed up on time"

"Horrible. Had a covid test scheduled for weeks that was needed within 48 hrs of a flight. Got an email 2 hours before the appointment/test saying they canceled it. No reasoning, just decided to cancel them and not tell us sooner or why. Tried called and sat on hold...and on hold...and on hold. Thanks. Not cool."

"I signed in and waited 2 hours to be seen. This is totally unacceptable for any MINUTE clinic to keep individuals waiting this long especially when you are in some form of discomfort. The system is terrible and if they ever see me I will never come back here!"

I have always had good experiences at this Minute Clinic. Also it is much more convenient and cost effective than the doctor's office."

"My wife and I arrived at the minute clinic at 7:46 p.m. for what we assumed was strep throat. When we arrived to the clinic, my wife kindly asked if there was still time to see someone. The blonde, who was assumed to be the doctor rudely scathed at my wife, "last appointment at 7:45." While we understand the nature of being late, the woman's professional demeanor left quite a bit to be desired. This was our first experience with any CVS minute clinics, and due to the wildly unprofessional manor of the resident doctor, we will opt for a Walgreens clinic next time."
