"I visited Tripoint for a mammogram ultrasound after something showed up on the mammogram I had the week before. I had a very good experience at this visit. The ultrasound technician was very professional and kind. She helped me to feel comfortable during the ultrasound and expained the results professionally and took the time to answer my questions. I appreciated her taking the time to talk to me about my procedure and to carefully explain the results. I also very much appreciated her kindness. It reminded me again-- Kindness Matters!!"

The front desk volunteers, the ladies that signed me in and directed me to my testing area, the ladies in the mammogram department was all excellent staff. Ashley who preformed my procedure explained EVERYTHING that she was doing to me. SHE WAS GREAT!!! THANKS TO ALL OF OUR FRONTLINE EMPLOYEES. I was there on Friday 1-15-21 @ 11:00.THANKS TO EVERYONE!!! "I had to have an MRI with contrast of both breasts because my score for developing breast cancer is higher than normal. Everyone, from scheduling to each of the staff members I interacted with at Tripoint, were friendly, efficient, and caring. My technician Jeff, was really great though. I am claustrophobic, so I was already scared plus worried about the results and he did everything possible to calm my mind and help me to relax. He was also great at getting an IV started (a big plus!!). An MRI is not something enjoyable but the staff at Tripoint and my technician Jeff really helped to make the whole process go smoothly. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this facility to anyone!"

She’s very enthusiastic about what she does and has a wonderful positive attitude! Lake Health is very fortunate to have such a caring employee. Highly recommend!"
