"Was worried when I read other reviews, but I just had an MRI done there today with no issues at all! Staff was friendly, helpful and showed that they cared about my comfort and concerns. The whole procedure was fast and easy and results were posted in MyChart that evening. Would visit this imaging center again!"
"This lab opens at 8:00AM and it’s walk-in only no appointments. My husband and I arrived at 8:35 yesterday. There were 20 people ahead of us and after waiting 20 minutes no one was called in. We left since we were starving and couldn’t wait that long to eat. Today I arrived at 7:50 and there were 10 people there before me. At 8:00 they open the window and you can line up to fill out a form to submit for your bloodwork and sit back down to wait to be called back. Very antiquated method of registering. It’s now 8:30 and only one person has completed their blood test and left. If you have to fast for your blood test I definitely don’t suggest coming here."
"I went for blood draw on Good Friday ( April 7, 2023). I was there at 2:30 without appointment. Waited about 3 minutes. Staff courteous and professional but friendly."
"The lab hours are wrong on Google Maps. I just spent 30 minutes in bumper-to-bumper traffic to get here and they actually close at 4:30 not 5:00. The rest of the building is open all the other departments so somebody from another department came out and let me know I just wasted my time for the second time in a week the first time I came here half of my orders “expired“so I had to leave get my doctor to reenter them and come back."
"They sent my elderly aunt out a rear door and left her in a cold hallway while I was in the waiting room where she checked in waiting for her to return from having a MRI. After an hour I went up to the desk to inquire if there was a problem, the front desk attendant went to see what was going on and when she returned she stated "she's not back there"! I found her out in the hallway, cold and alone. The MRI was supposed to take 20-30 minutes so I assume she sat there for at least half an hour, she couldn't tell me how long she was out there waiting alone but she was visibly scared and upset. Shame on you staff of Cleveland Clinic/Star Imaging. There was hardly anyone else in the waiting room and it was not busy, how would you feel if one of your loved ones received this kind of treatment!"
