"Made to wait 40 minutes. My pain dismissed and told my pain isn't possible. Played a 10 minute video about TMD... I told you I knew I already had it. The dude seriously played a 40 year old video in bad quality about a condition I said I had! I won't be returning. I'd rather get punched in the face than let him touch my teeth ever again. I hope he gets cancer, runs out of money to pay for it, and dies homeless! Google didn't even recommend this place, I called dozens of places, and it was way down at the bottom like him."

"Dr Degenova is an amazing and wonderful dentist and saved my husband from a severely infected tooth when his original dentist didn't diagnose him correctly. Originally my husband was going to a different dentist (not Dr Degenova)who had given him some pain medication for pain in his tooth and was told he needed to call an Endodontist to have a root canal. The Endodontist his original dentist suggested could not take my husband for 3 weeks. My husband could not wait 3 weeks because his pain was so bad he couldn't eat solid foods. In addition the pain medication was not helping. My husband (unknowingly at the time) had an infection from a cracked and abscessed tooth and the pain medicine was not helping and his original dentist missed the infection. I suggested my husband make an appointment with Dr Degenova because he has been my dentist for over 25 years. My husband made an appointment with Dr Degenova and was able to get in the day after he called. Immediately Dr Degenova took X-rays and was able to diagnose the infection that had been caused by a severe cavity in a cracked tooth he had. The crack in the tooth and cavity were so severe it would require an Endodontist to perform a root canal. Dr. Degenova had his office staff call several Endodontists until they found one in Pennsylvania that could take my husband that week. My husband was also put on pain medication immediately and within 3 days received a root canal. My husband will go to Dr Degenova for the crown on the tooth and for follow ups. Dr Degenova will be my husbands new dentist now and I am so thankful that Dr Degenova is so professional and knowledgeable and his office staff is caring enough to make the calls to the Endodontist on behalf of my husband. I always respected Dr Degenova and now would highly recommend him for general dentistry as well as emergency dentistry. My husband will be forever grateful."

"DO NOT RECEIVE CARE HERE!!!! Dr. Degenova does more harm than good. Have been going to dentist since 2019. Had to have a different dentist fix a filling he did improperly. And broke 2 good teeth by sanding them down and polishing them. It hurt so bad and I told him that, he told me no it didn’t, and instead of figuring out why it hurt me didn’t even finish polishing them apparently. I say apparently because he told me that day he was done but then put in my records I refused to let him finish. I discussed the event with my insurance and new dentist, they told me NEVER to return and get my medical records. Dentist made notes not to give me my records and then his secretary Tina lied to me and said it was illegal to give them to me. Finally got them and they are obviously doctored from the original notations, and he lied about the whole incident on them. Save yourself the time, money, and headache, go anywhere else."
