"People need to learn how to be patient, these dentists see hundreds of people a month, I thank God they accept medicade, if not don't know what I would have done, from the start yes you wait a couple hours to be seen and you get an appointment, went in for extractions, nothing but nice and understanding, going out of the way to make sure I wasn't hurting during the procedure, very nice staff and doctor, people need to learn patience and not act so entitled and leave bad reviews plain and simple. As far as pain meds you won't get any from any dentist because of mandates from the government , which to me is wrong"
"Secretary was very rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If you are going to talk over the top of me I want nothing to do with your establishment! I was trying to ask her could I schedule an appointment but before I could finish she cut me off and yell “Ma’am I’m scheduling in to February” I started to say a lot of things to her because I’m already experiencing extreme pain from a horrible toothache but I decided not to and just hung up. If I could have given zero stars I would have!"
"I'd give a 0 star rating if I could. I had a 1:45pm appointment for today,that we SCHEDULED A MONTH AGO and at 1:30pm when we showed up they had already left. No phonecall,No information given,They didn't even call to reschedule."
"You wait hours and hours in pain, all to be seen and told you need to get an appointment 2-4 weeks from then. This is what they call " emergency dentistry" ; I was in severe pain and given nothing but OTC Tylenol. My tooth literally was shattered in half to the root! DO NOT go unless this is ur ONLY option!"
"All I can say is thank you! Starting off a bit Rocky, I showed I p passed check in for the walk in appointments I was barely minutes passed. I came back in the afternoon and was checked in quickly and moved to the other waiting area easily enough. Their dental staff was some of the most human dentists I have met. They understood the pain I was in and agreed to treat immediately. They were super supportive during since I am a baby with needles and was starting to freak our when they were pulling. They let me sit as long as I wanted and were kind. 100% best dental experience I've had ever."
