"The staff was very welcoming me during my visit to the facility. Any time I had questions or needed something the staff was very friendly and helpful. The nurses and nursing assistants all made me feel welcome! Thank you for the help and hospitality!"

"Under no circumstances should you put anyone you care about in this horrendous place. Neglect is an every day experience. The “nurses” lost my relatives medication 9 times and every time allowed her to go force them to look for her meds that always were on the cart. . She did find her medicine each time. She was without medication one time for 48 hours, the nurse walks in and very sarcastically said she found them. We watched her poor roommate cry and beg to be changed to a clean diaper and she sat for hours. The doctor refused to see my relative when she felt her lungs were getting bad and only after I called and complained did the head of nursing come down and found her lungs compromised and called the doctor to get 3 prescriptions. I believe that is a Medicare violation to refuse to stop for a patient begging for help. Food is disgustingly, occasionally patients meals never even came. It’s an awful experience for incapacitated weak and ill people."

"I never been here before but my grandma is in there right an I’m hearing she can drink perfectly fine but they won’t give her anything to drink so she goes unhydrated all day long like u guys better give her some water or something or I’m gonna sue u guys cause I been looking at the reviews an they aren’t very pleasant at all Do your guys job? Will you like come on now be professional an not lazy if I was your guys boss I would fire u in a heart beat"

"My husband broke his left ankle, foot, and leg. After leaving Hillcrest Hospital after a few weeks, he was transferred to Grand River Health and Rehab Center; and we are so very pleased with the care and attention he is receiving. He has an external fixater holding his leg and foot together. The staff, especially including Corey, Chris, Rhonda, Lynn, Sue, Candace, Dale, Terry, Tracie, and Donna are excellent. The three meals a day he receives are delicious (his compliments to the chef). When he pushes the call button, it is always answered promptly. He feels physical therapy is excellent,. focusing on his specific needs. The staff shows that they really care about the patients"

"We had the worst experience here. My grandma was here for a month for rehab. Good Luck with any communication no matter how many times we called and tried talking to staff. No one could ever give us answers it was always call this person with no return. The staff was not very polite and good luck getting help. We had a call light on for almost an hour before someone came to help. If you’re looking for long term or rehab I suggest looking elsewhere. I’m so glad that I moved her to Ohman in Huntsburg where they are compassionate and take such good care of her."
