"Since I have moved here in May I have had nothing but issues with this place. Any issue regarding maintenance it takes two weeks or more to have someone attempt to fix the issue. I say attempt because almost every issue required them to come back at least twice. My dryer hasn’t been working for 6 weeks. I have had to call almost every morning to talk to the manager only to be lied to. They say someone will be out to fix the issue, yet no one shows up. My exhaust line has been clogged this whole time, but maintenance refuses to take an extra 15 minutes to remove the clog. This is a safety and fire hazard. Their solution is telling me not to run my dryer. They will tell you everything you want to hear to get your money, but once they have it, don’t expect them to follow through with any of it. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. This place is not worth the money."

"Lovely apartments in an amazing location! I have enjoyed living here and enjoy the updated interior of the units, the pool in the summer time, and the convenience of the proximity to downtown and lots of great bars, restaurants, and shopping options!"

"I was a resident here from Oct 2022 - Oct 2023. It was one of the worst experiences. The place itself is okay but definitely not worth the price. The staff is absolutely horrendous. They tried to give us a lease violation and stated it was “per the lease” but when I went back to check the lease, they were actually incorrect on what they were trying to give us a lease violation for. Any time we had an issue it was as if it was our fault. 0/10 experience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY"

"I’ll start off with saying this place does have potential, but not anytime soon. I have never been so frustrated with a business that left me to leave a bad review once. I moved in June 2022 and I was ready to be out half way through the year. My move in experience was awful. Nothing was ready for me. I was told they were finishing hooking up new appliances and it would take 10 minutes, which no issue. I showed up to NO appliances in yet, NO cabinets in, cleaning wasn’t even done and the AC was broke. Took them 2-3 days to finish it all after I moved in. My apartment flooded on Christmas morning and they could not give me any details on when things would be resolved. I wasn’t able to be back in for 2 days and When I was told it was good for me to come back, my water was still off. Took them 7 hours to turn it on. I dealt with Bees getting into my bedroom somehow and they did nothing but spray outside which did not work. Any issue I had, I spoke with the assistant manager, Shelby. Not sure how she works in customer service/hospitality because of how she speaks to people. She has poor professionalism. When I called to see what my options were to move out she was very rude and kept saying “what is it that you actually want here”. Another time, I told her my AC was broke and would not go above 63 degrees so it was an ice box. Her response was “i don’t understand your problem with that”. Again, this place could be great with new management and if they would permanently fixes issues instead of “duck taping” problems. For the price you pay here you can get a way better home and nicer management somewhere else. I understand things happen at any property you are at, just seemed to be that things were way harder to get resolved than they should have been."

"It is awful here. We are so glad to be moving out! Here are some pics of what its like inside a typical apartment here. Maintenance supervisor Edwin is rude to customers and won't fix things. Amy & Shelby in the office forget and ignore things. The pool is in complete disrepair, dangerous to get in and out of bc rails are all broken. Appliances are not modern, they are old/rusty even when the office gives you a "new" one. My roof leaks, and there are water spots on the ceiling of the living room. Maintenance came and spray painted the ceiling white so that it could be marked as repaired. I am fair, so I will edit my review if these problems are addressed or fixed at a future point in time. Updated 3/15/22-- No change. No repair. Updated 4/7/22- No change. No repair. updated 5/18/22-- No change. No repair updated 5/26/22- No change. No repair. Updated 6/21/22- No change. No repair. We are moving out. You can literally message me and I can help with info for other apartment complexes in Pburg. Perry's Crossing apartments cost my family a ton of money and provided uncomfortable living situations after they got us to sign the lease."
