"The "suite" left a little to be desired. The non sleep area had a chair, not a sofa, so 2 people couldn't sit. There were 2 television in the room but the one for the non sleep side, TV turned on but the signal box, not so much. And the other TV worked but watching from the bed, it was a little tiny to watch."
"Stayed on 1/9/2024. Scum in the bathtub. Curtains are designed to not close, had to pin them shut for privacy. Fridge was noisy. People hung out in the hall and talked loudly. Very disappointed. Will not stay here again."
"The person who checked me in was so friendly and welcoming! However, the room left a lot to be desired. It smelled so strongly of old cigarettes that it stunk up my clothes. When I walked in the room I noticed the bathroom light was on but thought nothing of it. The toilet seat was up, but I assumed it was from being cleaned. A couple hours later when I had to use the bathroom I realized that someone else had peed in there and not flushed. Gross! Weird because otherwise the room was clean and tidy. There is deep mold in the shower too."
"The place is showing some signs of age, but clean enough and a great deal for the price. I got a shower, and a good night's rest before heading back on the road. I will use this place again mostly just because the staff member who helped me last night was exceptional. She was a pleasure to meet and chat with. If only we had more of her around."
"Late night front desk employee was nice and informative, but lady at check out Monday morning wasn’t so friendly. She didn’t even ask about my stay, or I would have alerted her to the issues. The hotel isn’t the cleanest. The ice bucket in our room was moldy and gross, coffee maker hadn’t been cleaned, spilled juice in fridge, chewed gum stuck to jet tub side, dirty towel behind the chair, I could go on. We were on third floor and had to go to the first for ice. Breakfast was inedible. Good thing Cracker Barrel and Starbucks are next door! Place needs attention. King suite was comfortable enough for a night. Loved the layout of the room and double rain head shower. I do have to say it was quiet. I didn’t get woken up by others slamming doors or housekeeping. I also couldn’t hear the interstate close by."
