"1st time traveling with dog and booked due to being dog friendly. Nowhere did I see extra charge for dog on 3rd party booking site, but associate adamant there was a $25 additional charge upon check in. We discussed at length. No manager or owner available. Room smelled like stale smoke being next door to a smoking room, or, so I was told. Could have been cleaner...small kibble left behind on floor."
"Let's be honest.. this place isn't cheap enough, for the way the woman treats you. She's unwelcoming.. RUDE .. literally PUSHES YOU TO LEAVE ( not just us, as well as another family I witnessed) .. multiple times to the front desk, not even bothering her simply asking for change for vending or swapping towels... we have 2 separate rooms, she sent someone into our other room not knowing someone else was watching while they were at the front desk.. as well as 2 separate times calling her housekeeping AT home treating them terribly bc they did NOT enter our room due to us not needing it BUT IGNORING HER orders to do it anyways. $900 so far for 6 days 2 rooms, so i will be going to further up in the morning. If not the BBB. SKIP IT it's not worth it. I'm not even listing it all. Heater doesn't work and gets HOT HOT on the top. Extra door locks are made to not work. Smoke detectors do not work in either room . Old extension cords over worked with everything plugged into them to power the whole room, falling out the wall. I'll stop and save the rest for tomorrow."
"Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. They stole our drinks out the fridge while we were gone when they knew we paid for two nights. When we went to the front desk they said it was because they were new. The rooms were disgusting, the only thing that looked clean was the bed. Don’t recommend anyone to stay there"
"My husband and 2 friends stayed there from the 17-20 of August. Husband went to the front desk about room not being cleaned. The Manager said it was because they had the DND sign up. Which wasn’t true… they were more concerned about the air mattress he had. Which was the cleanest thing in the room. Would never say there nor have anyone I know stay there"
