"at 8:00 at night on a Sunday they were not open. No one was at the front desk. Door was locked. Could not enter building. “Open” sign on but no responses to phone calls doorbell rings or knocking."
"Very nice motel to stay. Clean rooms. The rooms are big and have a refrigerator and microwave. Very well lit up at night and safe. Very quiet and no riff raff. Mike is a very kind person and customer service oriented. Fast check in. The locations is like being in the country. Denny's restaurant is not far away. Definitely recommend."
"Mike and the rest of the staff are some of the nicest people you will meet in northern Ohio. They seem to go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Even though this is an older hotel, this hidden gem has large rooms, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and wifi. The rooms are comfortable, meticulously clean, no odors, no loud noise or music, it pretty peaceful actually. There is also plenty of parking, perfect for 18-wheelers and RV's. I would highly recommend Regency Inn."
"The hotel manager was very accommodating and friendly. Make sure you call and let them know when you'll be arriving because the lobby closes each night. I forgot my phone charger when we left and he called to let us know. You can tell they are really trying to give a good experience at this hotel. Obviously it's older and not a great location due to the town not being the greatest and kind of in the middle of nowhere. It feels a little like Bates Motel with a creepy cornfield right next to it. It did smell slightly like smoke which is due to certain kinds of people not respecting the rules of the hotel. We spoke with the manager about it and he apologized and asked if we'll be OK with our room. We were fine with it. He said he's going to have maintenance scrub the carpets after we leave. The bathroom fixtures all seemed newly installed and the linens were clean. Overall we were satisfied staying here and we would stay here again due to their diligence and hospitality."
"We had a bus trip planned for months to put in bay. At the LAST minute (5 days before the trip)our hotel canceled on us. I was in a panic and found this hotel. The manager was amazing and made sure our trip wasn't ruined. Its not the nicest hotel but hey it's right off the interstate has a Dennys next door was clean and the beds were comfy. For the price it was the best. Thanks again Mike for helping us out and making our trip possible"
