"While the store itself is pretty good, and the employees have treated me well, I VERY MUCH DISLIKE that customers can never count on it to be open. I was there at about 3:00 pm today. There was a big sign on the door that said that they would be closing at 4:00 due to staffing shortage. I thought I would still have time before closing to get what I needed. NO!!!!! THE DOORS WERE ALREADY LOCKED... A FULL HOUR BEFORE CLOSING!!!!! If the intention is to close at 3:00 pm, HOW ABOUT STATING IT ON YOUR SIGN?"

"This store is always stocked well. And the associates are keeping it much more organized. Sometimes the hours are strange, but that's the sign of the times when people don't want to work and your understaffed and overworked. The staff is nice."
