"Avoid at all cost, the most incompetent stop you can possibly travel to. Bathrooms smell terrible, there will not be a single hot food item, the soda machine will be flat. What astonishing to me, is that somehow they believe there job is hard. Like the parking lot is full and they cannot figure out that restocking the full thing of cups is better then just putting a hotdog on the grill. I watch as a lady struggles to fill a already full container just to avoid doing her actual job."

"Very poor customer service. Only had 2 people working in the store and would not allow us to shower (we only needed one for my husband and myself) because they didn’t have enough employees to clean them?! The supposed manager said she had to send other employees home because they were fighting and that they couldn’t let us in to shower until the other employees came in at 6am. This is completely unacceptable when you have customers that need to get on the road to start their day. On top of that, there are multiple truck parked in the fire lane. I can only guess that it’s due to the parking lot being 3/4 reserved parking. This is not the first time we’ve had the same issue with Flying J. They have extremely lazy staff that just don’t want to work and clean the showers. One of the employees actually told us he’d take one unhappy customer over all the others that didn’t complain. This is very poor management and customer service. Will never stop here again and will make sure that our management knows the situation and to avoid using this location.I will also be contacting the Flying J corporate office on this problem."

"A favorite truck stop/travel center of mine. This is a new location, and it is nice. The restrooms are clean, the store is organized, and the staff is friendly. I enjoy the hot dogs off the grill. Auntie Ann's and Cinnabon are a nice addition. The do have a food bar they serve from. Got breakfast here one day and it was decent for gas station food. The fresh fruit in the cooler is nice. It is a gas station, but nice for what it is. Great stop for the weary traveler or the Lebanon local."
