"Bill who was at the front end stopped us as we were walking out my 5 year old son was holding the cart and he came and blocked the cart from being able to move and pushed my son into the cart. He didn’t ask for a receipt or anything just asked if I scanned everything. When the manager on duty was informed she said it’s standard procedure when you have big items… a child’s fishing pole is a big item apparently. My 7 month old was in the cart in her pumpkin seat. Which was bigger than that. I spent almost 153 dollars… this isn’t acceptable."
"Had a pleasant surprise from Walmart today. My food was delivered by 3 gentlemen doing some testing for their delivery service. They delivered my food and took my trash to the dumpster. Changed my whole opinion of Walmart. Thanks Walmart."
"Never usually shop here stopped to see if they had a last minute couple items that we needed did not have anything. Staff was so unprofessional did not know anything about the store or what they even carried said they would get on their little phones and look and that was taking them 10 minutes to do. Walking around like zombies with earbuds in their ears like a bunch of robots this is ridiculous Walmart needs to be boycotted, stick with Krogers and Meijer"
"I had 2 returns, 1 at customer service and a battery core at the auto center. I didn't have my paper receipt for either. I used the electronic copies in the app. Both went smoothly. I love going to this location because it never seems super busy."
"One of my favorite Walmarts. Always well stocked, great staff, and never too busy. I wish I knew why ... Kroger a 1/4 mile away is always crowded. I have lived in several different regions of NC and VA and Ohio and their Wal-Mart's are always too crowded. This is not the case in Lebanon. I am always reminded of that when I travel. We are blessed ... so please don't let this secret out."
