"I had a power steering pump installed at Pleasant Run and when I first got it back, it seemed ok but as time went on, steering became more and more difficult. I took it to a different shop thinking I needed a new rack and pinion but they found that whoever installed the power steering pump didn't bleed the air out of the system. Cost me another $218. Won't be back!"
