"Avoid these people. I rarely write reviews, but I feel so frustrated with their dismal service that I wanted to make sure people knew what to expect. I moved out of an apartment I was renting back in March 2019. I emailed the contact at Globe that had helped me set it up. No reply. I emailed the agent I’d originally worked with. No reply. After months of reaching out, I finally got a reply, sent back the signed form they needed, and waited. 3 months later (10 months out of the apartment), they finally cancelled the policy. But they were kind enough to refund a single month of unused premiums... Oh, and my “best rate” on car insurance was abysmal. I switched to Geico, got a better policy, and only pay half of what Globe set me up with. Again, I will reiterate, avoid this company."
