Be sure if your policy is revenue based you have a fortune teller available so they can predict your business revenue down to the penny otherwise prepare yourself for tens of thousands of dollars in bills from this place. You need to institute quarterly earnings statements not yearly. I have turned you and assured partners over to department of insurance for review."

"I met some awesome people here, unfortunately I only worked here for 3.5 years as the department I worked in was a mess and falling apart. The workload was huge for the amount I got paid (2-3 billing reports that varied in complexity + monthly assigned task that varied in complexity + remaining available to take inbound calls ALL day which could total 30-60 calls per day while multitasking said varied reports) My supervisor was somehow always displeased with me and showed that in very rude tone. I was constantly reprimanded, even on days I thought I was doing great. I was a shy person who never liked asking for help - how could I though? My supervisor made it known she didn’t like me. Why would I go to her for help when she always felt unapproachable to me? That’s laughable. I would ask coworkers for help instead. Roughly 9-10 people transferred departments all at the same time around June/July 2021 while our department was only about 24 people total - when that many people leave at once it’s usually for a good reason. Higher ups dragged their feet on hiring new people. No amount of money is worth your sanity or mental health."
