"Took a new guitar into the Eastwood Mall location for setup service. Very friendly staff and very good customer service. Guitar was in and out within three days which is impressive given it was over the holidays. The price was very reasonable as well. My only complaint (and it’s minor) is I would’ve liked to have seem them wipe the guitar down after they worked on it. Lots of fingerprints on it when I got it back. Still, I’d go there again without hesitation."
