"My experience with the tech staff exceeded my expectations. I especially salute Nicholas Satt at the Niles store. Not only did he know his stuff, he was caring. He even went to bat for me in a term and condition of My Best Buy Total Membership. Never before have I had that level of customer service. Now I feel that with access to Best Buy through my Membership I have my own IT Department."

"Waited in store 30 minutes before i got an associate to wait on me. The lady in front of me had to wait 40 minutes for same person. The same associate was covering phone section and major appliances???? Not associates fault but store had no one else to cover. Three days before Christmas and they maybe had 3 or 4 people covering entire store with 50 plus customers. GET MORE EMPLOYEES - now wonder best buy sales are down - pretty hard to increase sales when you don't have any customer service - I just walked out and bought $1000 items elsewhere. I was not alone"

"I had a curbside pick up, I sat for 20 minutes waiting for them to come out. When I called the "store number" I got some customer service rep in a call center. He was useless! I decided to go in the store which is what I was trying to avoid, when I get out of my car the other lady waiting does the same with me. The guy at the front working was not at all apologetic that we were waiting. He was a little more frantic about who is working curbside which he should have been, but he did not have to be announcing it like he was. My order was a large box and he didn't offer to help me or anything. WORST customer service!"

"I only gave a one star because I can't give 0 stars!!!! Black Friday shopping at Best buy was terrible!! The store wasn't extremely busy and in order to get service you had to scan a QR code , enter your name phone number and what color shirt you're wearing (options were black,grey, blue ,silver... That's it.. good thing I was wearing red!).. once you're in the queue they will go in order of when you got put in. Problem here is about 10 older people standing around me had NO CLUE! How to scan the QR code.. they needed actual help and couldn't get it.. then a very nice young man named Andrew at this Niles location helped us and was doing a professional job as a employee talking face to face with customers asking if they needed help.. to which the assistant manager reprimanded him for helping us when it wasn't "our turn" in the queue... Really this is a ridiculous way to run a business especially on black friday. I will not be going back to Best buy at all if I have to scan a QR code enter information and stand in front of 4 employees who werent doing anything to help anyone face to face. Do better Best Buy!"

"Zach C!!!! This guy is the absolute best. Best Buy was clearly understaffed and this young man not only took amazing care of me, but was able to multitask and handle numerous other customers without missing a beat! Ask for Zach…restoring customer service expectations daily! Thank you sir. And Best Buy…please give this young man a nod…he’s a gem!"
