"NEVER AGAIN. My husband purchased me a pair of diamond earrings for Christmas, the guy told him while ringing them up he got a deal because they were on sale. I opened them and the backs do not stay on tight enough to trust wearing them. A few days later we take them back and decide to send them to their “shop” to get fixed. They came back sooner and WORSE then when I originally had them. You pick the earring up and the back just falls off.!! So they say we can get another pair for a different store…..New pair same problems and bent posts!!!! They couldn’t do anything besides me pay more for a different pair, which if I was given some kind of discount for all my wasted time and broken jewelry on their end I may have. Instead I’m still without earrings and took my refund. Also no manager any of the 3 times we were in the store.!"

Immediately we felt welcomed as she was very kind and very knowledgeable on the different styles of rings we were searching for. About a week later I went back to the store and again warmly greeted by Stacy who remembered just about every detail of what we were looking for without needing to look up the account we created. If anyone is looking for any type of jewelry I highly recommend KAY especially if you have the opportunity to meet and work with Stacy."
