"Wasn't happy with the service that I got with my online special order placed in store. Was shipped to the wrong store and I was told that I had to call customer service and have them figure the situation out?! Was shipped to Pittsburgh instead of niles because of human error. Ok I understand that, but PLEASE don't act like it's my problem when I call the store.... everyone makes mistakes but own up to it and fix it. I probably won't purchase there again. Everyone who helped me after the fact was fine."

"The store is bright, clean, and staffed with knowledgeable, friendly, and kind staff. They do all they can to meet your needs and budget in a no-pressure style that makes you feel like you're working with a friend. I have been several times and every time, I walk away happy. Carrie, the store manager, is a true asset, genuinely caring about the customer experience and has gone over and above on repeated occasions. If I could give more stars, I certainly would!"
"Bought an $600 white gold chain here for my husband last valentines. Within 2 months it broke, I took it in to get fixed and it came back discolored. Took it back and was given a new one. Since then it has been in to get repaired or exchanged like 5 more times. My husband only wears it on special occasions… NOT day to day wear. Not in the shower. Not to work. He doesn’t chew on it. Biggest waste of money I ever spent. Would not recommend buying any chains from zales. Update: to make it worse, the last time it was repaired it once again came back looking horrible. Besides that though I was basically told that my $600 chain is only worth $60… FROM A ZALES WORKER. Seriously don’t buy from them. Go to an actual jeweler. And don’t buy a hollow chain."
