"I went to Massillon and they were closed way early said it was the staffing problem then I went to Jackson today and they were closed early was not happy with the wonder how many people have had the same experience."

"First time being here I went to see my pulmonary doctor. Every one was nice and helpful and the place nice and cool. If you want to use the steps you must go in the back side of the building and go up one. Than do the same when you go back down. You will come out in the back of the building. It alittle different but it ok."

"Everyone was courteous and knowledgeable. Nurse practitioner was very professional knew exactly what she was doing. Had x-rays taken quickly Tech was pleasant. I definitely would recommend this facility"

"Lazy staff. Close and lock doors long before 9:00. They saw us outside of the locked doors, but could care less that we were outside with a bloody nose that wouldn't stop at 8:45, clearly there 15 minutes before posted closing time. If you close earlier than 9:00, please post your actual closing hours. Otherwise, this location definitely doesn't care about the health and well-being of people who need care."

"This afternoon I went to this facility. Wrote down reason for visit and signed in. Reception was nice n simple routine. I got called in from nurse and took all info (about 15 min with her). First unknown person comes in and asks what's been the problem? I was a llittle irritated at first because after writing it down and then giving all information to nurse, your telling me you come in here clueless. Doctors don't read chart information anymore, they walk in the room and wing it. This man came in and walked out in less than 2 minutes. They then send in a different doctor (Dr. Chang) I'm guessing he oversees the first clueless guy that came in. So this doctor in white lab coat comes in and says, "so what's the problem". I haven't really slept in 3-4 days, exhausted, headache,, fever, bodyaches etc . This doctor so quick to jump and rush for me to answer, saying (with his right hand in a hurry up movement) ," so, how can I help you"?!" Smh, if I wasn't so weak! He had done nothing, absolute nothing, know here's the kicker tonight I'm up again, Dry coughing, congested, headache, etc. I log into my chart and read his notes. LIES, LIES, LIES!!! SHAME ON THIS DOCTOR. The exam he claims he did, he DID NOT DO. The observations he made are Lazy ASSUMPTIONS. What he wrote down literally consisted of more words than when he spoke to me! I was so surprised and upset this evening reading this. Unbelievable. Why lie? How is this type of care allowed. People pay a lot of money for Healthcare and this is what we get. Rude and clueless medical team. If you don't like your job then why show up to rude and shove patient off. Oh , I guess it's only for a check then. ☹️ Couldn't give zero or half star unfortunately."
