"Dr Lisa Vaughn is absolutely out of this world amazing. She is so kind and caring to all, especially the little ones. I have never had a problem with any of the staff, they are equally kind. I am thankful to have such an asset that is just around the corner from me."

"I have taken my daughter to this urgent care on at least three occasions and the wait was never agonizing and the clinical decision making was sound. We usually use the CCF Express Care and pediatrics in Wooster (no copay with our insurance for express care), but I had opted to take her here yesterday due to it being Sunday and my concern she might need a chest XRay (radiology isn’t available in Wooster on Sunday). Dr. Vaughn was DELIGHTFUL and interacted at my 6 year old’s level. She included me in decision making and made sure we had all the tools we needed to manage her asthma before sending us out the door. While I don’t use this location often, it was certainly worth the $50 urgent care copay to put this mom’s mind at ease."

"I was scheduled yesterday 6/23/2023 for a MRI scan, and I had blood work done before my appt. My experience was wonderful from start to finish. Everyone from the front desk registration, to lab, to the two employees in MRI, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable as a pt. I was extremely nervous and I felt like I was in the best hands. Thanks to all the staff that assisted in my care. Tiffany Miklos"

"I went in for extreme ear pain that started almost 2 weeks prior. Dr. Dang ignored my concerns and only did a brief exam before stating it was my fault and that I had damaged my own ear with a qtip EVEN THOUGH I told him I hadn't used them in the past 2 weeks other than the night before. I was sobbing with pain and although there are signs everywhere in the clinic saying "no patient should be in pain" the doctor said take Tylenol. I left in tears and went to Well Now Aultman by Jersey Mikes near Beuhlers and they diagnosed me with a torn ear drum, explained all the bleeding in my ear and called in antibiotics, ear drops and pain meds to help."
