"Using my husbands account but have to confirm I’m a woman & as a woman I’m telling you to stay far away from this place. I used to be treated with the upmost care and professionalism until Midwife Angie unfortunately left. Today I explained my health anxiety and my feelings towards certain things. I also brought up the fact I have a cyst on my ovary that Angie said I should get checked every 3 months for growth. Today I was quite literally STARED at when I explained my anxiety like I was a nut job. You have absolutely no clue the strength it took to open up about my mental illness to a complete stranger and then be questioned like I’m incompetent. “What do you think will happen if you take this medicine” and then looked at like I’m some freak of nature. Asked about my cyst asked WHY I need another ultrasound like you don’t have a medical degree and I do? All and all I got “yeah we can try anxiety medicine” I tried to lighten the mood with a joke, again completely just stared at. Also no appointment for my ultrasound. NP Teri is horrible. I left the office crying and called my old OBGYN back. Will never step foot in there again."

"Dr. Cain is horrible. He dropped me as a patient at 37 weeks right before my induction date because he decided he wanted to go out the country on vacation. My induction has been set for over a month. Very inconsiderate to his patients."

"Dr. Cain is an exceptionally well informed and observant doctor. The entire staff treats you with a comfortable respect. Dr Cain has been my gynecologist for over 20 years. Not only is he easy to talk with, he is skilled enough to have always found the lumps in my breast before the mammogram. He is thorough. I drive 100miles round trip to see this doctor and his nurse Miranda. They are the best team outside of the “NFL!”"

"After finally getting my first appointment in my second trimester they decide to mail me a letter saying they can’t provide services. I had my hopes on DR.CAIN delivering my baby but maybe because I’m black and high risk they sent me to the aultman clinic. The worst!!! The wanna be nurses at the front desk are rude!! Even the doctor made me feel uncomfortable by asking me so many questions but they couldn’t answer my one question. Why send a pregnant lady who has lost a child to a free clinic. Well this happened in 2019!! I know you all remember me but if you don’t here I come because I’m SUE - ing !"

"After being a patient at Twin Springs for 5 years, I have had enough and will not return. An OB/GYN appointment should be somewhere a person feels safe and that they will be taken care of. I have never met a person in that building that has checked either of those boxes. The front desk staff is rude in person and over the phone, if you're lucky enough to get someone to answer, and the doctor that I see is condescending, rough with her exams, and unpleasant all around. I have never had a healthcare provider make me feel as awful as Twin Springs does, and again, I will absolutely not be returning."
