Holiday Inn & Suites Lima, an IHG Hotel

"I stayed for two days, let me say the best part of the hotel is the dining area , The bar tender was amazing the drinks were good. , the food amazing the room was clean making it a Comfy stay . I would come back just to enjoy some drinks and great food."

"Rooms are clean but urgently need renovation as the whole building. Terrible fitness center, missing equipment, old, dirty, treadmill not working, ceiling full of mold. In serious need of maintenance and care. It really doesn’t justify the price. Staff is polite and welcoming."

"Well we showed up and checked in. When we arrived into our room the refrigerator did not work and it literally smelled like mold., Keurig was filthy and the room was dirty. So I went back down and they switched us to another room which was better. The washer dryer was out of order and the elevator was dark because the light was blown out also the ice maker on our floor was broken. Also no complementary breakfast but they had like 4 breakfast items to choose from. Overall the bed seemed clean but the rooms could be cleaned better. Pool is filthy and ladder is broke they refused to fix. Hot tub was broke and also handicapped lift chair is broken. No towels in swimming room."

"This experience was so bad that we left before checking in. I have never been treated so rudely by a hotel. We arrived on a busy Saturday night. Upon entering the hotel, there was no one at the front desk. We joined the line behind three other groups that had already been waiting for quite a while. After 15 minutes, an associate arrived via car out front. She came in and started helping the first guest in line. Upon a question from the guest, she responded that she wasn't even gone 10 minutes and the guest was wrong. Someone else asked if she was the only person working that night and the associate proceeded to ignore the question and yell at all of us that she has other things she has to do. She rolled her eyes at us and continued being rude to the others in line. At this point, we left because we refuse to stay anywhere where we are treated so poorly. I recommend staying anywhere else unless you're okay with being treated poorly."

"It's fine, don't let bad reviews throw you. All I needed was a private and comfortable night sleep, and I got that here. My room was very clean and the bed had nice puffy bedding. The blackout shade was really effective, I even slept in late because of it. I will say it's true the carpet was stained in common areas and halls, and the lobby has a slight musty odor similar to hotels in Florida. But since I wasn't sleeping in the stairwell or lobby, I don't care, my room was great and that's what I paid for :)"
