"Disgusting rooms. They didn't even clean the shower at all. Grime and hair and some yellow stuff all over the shower. The room smelled like they had unsuccessful been trying to clean dog feces from the carpet for days. The whole place smelled. AC did not work at all. Stay somewhere else."

"The desk lady in the evening was fabulous. She was so bubbly and kind. The room itself was nice looking. The bed was not very comfortable. The half shower door looked nice but leaked water onto the floor. We had to lay towels down. It would've been nice to know the shampoo holder was just fixed when we got the room. The shampoo was lying on the shower floor with the mount. It looked like maintenance slapped putty on it that morning and hoped it would be dry when we got there. The manager was really friendly about the situation, though, and said it happens often. Cleanliness was meh. There was leftover hair in the shower drain catch. It was pretty disgusting. There was also a fair amount of stains on our sheets and pillowcases. Silverware was also filthy. Cleaning crew is pretty awful. The rest of the staff is fabulous though."

"I stayed at this location on two separate occasions: 09/12-9/29 - I stayed in room 227 Pros: Check-in was easy and the location is easy to find. Ample parking. The male manager (forgot his name) and most of the staff were so kind and attentive. Cons: Tianna the housekeeper was rude to me when I got locked out of my room. I was knocking on the door of the room she was cleaning and she shouted through the door that she wished I would stop knocking. I ended up having to call the front desk. The room was okay. The light fixture over the dining table had a layer of dead bugs which made the space a little less appealing but it wasn’t terrible. I requested no housekeeping and someone came into my room anyway to “clean” but left the layer of dead bugs in the light fixture. 10/16-10/27 - I stayed in room 303 Pros: Same as before. Cons: Shower was filthy. There was hair in it upon arrival. The hand towels were stained and I had to buy a shower mat just to use the shower. Two times prior to check-in, I called to request a room on the 4th floor and somehow I ended up on the 3rd instead. I also requested no housekeeping and again, someone came in. This time they discarded some bags in my room that I needed. The “front desk manager” showed not once of care or concern about it and didn’t even look me in the face when I was talking to her. Also I had to call the hotel six times while I was standing at the desk before she came out of the office to address me. Completely unprofessional."

"I travel to the area a couple times a year because the wife has family in the area. I have stayed in several hotels in the area and I can say this is one of the two best stays I've had. The rooms were big and comfortable, the bathroom was nice and had a tall showerhead (great for me), the kitchenette was a nice perk, and the free breakfast was actually good. Definitely good bang for your buck."
