"BED BUGS! I stayed here recently. After a few days, I began itching badly and noticed red whelps on my back and arm. I inspected the bed and found one crawling under the bed frame skirt. I immediately left the room. The manager graciously refunded my room but wouldn't help with refunding me for any of the articles of clothing and luggage I had to discard so I didn't bring them home. I was only offered professional cleaning (up to $100). Needless to say, I ended my stay early and went across the street to the Hampton Inn (which has always been a clean and pleasant experience). If you decide to stay here, thoroughly inspect the room and the bed (EVERY INCH!!). Otherwise, there are much better and cleaner hotels nearby."
"We stayed here the 1st time because our daughter was moving into a dorm on campus in town and I had been referred here by a friend. Now it will be a place we stay anytime we will not make it home and need a place to stay. Rooms are always clean. Service is always excellent. The breakfast is also good."

What stood out most was the staff; they were incredibly friendly and professional, always there to help with anything. It's become my favorite place to stay when I'm in town.
