As for the staff, they are all very welcoming and helpful. They don't hound you but they let you know that they are there. There is one lady in particular and I never remember to get her name but she is absolutely lovely. I once went in looking for something to wear for a special occasion and she helped me so much. She picked out a lovely top that I'd never have chosen myself but once I tried it on I felt amazing.
